Invitation to presentation of Q3 2025 results

Borgestad ASA (the “Company”) will release its Q3 2025 results on 31 October 2025. The report and presentation will be made available at 07:00 hours (CET) at www.borgestad.no and www.newsweb.no.

In connection with the release of the Q3 results, the Company will host a presentation, followed by a Q&A session, at 11:00 hours (CET) on 31 October 2025. The live webcast presentation will be held by Pål Feen Larsen (CEO) and Bendik Persch Andersen (CEO of Höganäs Borgestad Group) and hosted by Arctic Securities. The Q3 presentation can be viewed in a live webcast.
