Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Borgestad ASA (the “Company”) on 3 June 2024 regarding the approval by the annual general meeting of a reduction of the nominal value of the Company’s shares from NOK 10 per share to NOK 1 per share through a share capital reduction.
The share capital reduction has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and has thereby been completed.
No distributions will be made to the shareholders as a result of the share capital reduction.
The Company’s new share capital following the share capital reduction is NOK 35,062,072 divided into 35,062,072 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
